ARECO S.R.L. was founded in 2014 by architects Armando Vilas and Marco Salvucci. The driving force behind our projects is a passion for creative and technical innovation and the absolute belief in our social responsibility as creators of homes, buildings and public areas.

Our staff consists of young-spirited professionals, who are committed to an efficient use of all resources during the development and realization of architectonical and edificial projects. Where possible we give priority to the re-use of edificial structures and the reduction of soil exploitation, creating new functional, energy-saving and esthetic buildings.

As your partner we offer an all-round service including architectonical conception, coordination and supervision of the contracted parties during the different construction phases, cost control, transparent payment flows and a time- and cost efficient management of building sites.

In our thirty years of experience, we have gained extended knowledge of the relevant Italian laws and regulations, and thanks to our network of legal,  fiscal, commercial and real estate expert partners we offer reliable advice in all administrative and construction-related questions.

Throughout our years of experience, we have acquired a broad knowledge of norms, laws, regulations and administrative procedures in the field of town planning – construction and, thanks to our network of expert partners in legal, tax, commercial and real estate matters, we offer reliable advice on all administrative and construction issues at national and international level.

The Areco company does not operate only in Italy but for some years the partners have also entered into agreements with companies from other continents through partners specialized in certain sectors and who act independently with a common corporate awareness; Reliability. In continuous search for real estate investments to carry out development, application and sale of projects in the private construction sector all over the world, we have started collaborations, to develop large-scale projects, responsive to regeneration, redevelopment and urban design, proposing new territorial arrangements for cities in Italy and beyond.
